Iran will not stop uranium enrichment, chief nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani said on Wednesday, despite a call by the European Union and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to halt sensitive nuclear work.
"We heard about this EU demand and we said our view," Larijani told a news conference, referring to Iran's repeated stance it would not stop enrichment. He said such an EU approach was "from the past" and added: "We need new initiatives."
Western powers suspect Iran is seeking to develop nuclear weapons. Iran says its nuclear program is solely aimed at generating electricity.

“Iran will not stop uranium enrichment”
They’ve said this DOZENS of times.
It’s time for the EU and UN to accept reality.

In other news, bears poop in the woods, grass is green, and fish swim. Amad-nut-job flips bird ad EU and UN. EU and UN will roll over and wet themselves. If anything is done about Amad-nut-job, it will be done by the US and/or Israel (if Olmerde suddenly grows a pair or is ousted by real Israelis).

My prediction - Israel is waiting. They can play the patience game when they want to. They’re letting the EU get a good look at Iran's BS. They’re also waiting to see what shakes out of US politics. If a liberal is elected and surrenders in Iraq (prematurely withdraws the troops) they (Israel) will take it upon themselves and attack Iran with the objective of disrupting their nuclear program.
