Since the "Honorable" Mesa County Judge Bruce Raaum has again set bail for Hillary's friend Norman Hsu, are there any federal crimes he's committed that he can be arrested for on his release from this Andy Taylor jail? What is the background of Judge Raaum?

Hsu has JUMPED BAIL TWICE and this judge gives him bail AGAIN???? WHO IS THIS JUDGE?
Did crossing state lines to avoid prosecution or sentencing in California a federal crime? What is Hsu’s immigration status? I’m sure he wouldn’t have been allowed to make campaign contributions if he weren’t a citizen. (s/)

Interstate flight to avoid prosecution is a federal offense.

I would have to guess that if he has been shoveling a lot of money around that there must be wire transfer laws, banking laws, tax laws, and any number of things that the feds have used to convict people when money and fraud are involved. As another poster pointed out, once he crossed state lines to avoid imprisonment he probably violated a federal law.
Hsu jumped bail and skipped out on a hearing in California. That may not be illegal where you live, but the authorities in California and Colorado are not amused by such conduct.
He is not being held on federal charges, but on a California warrant and is awaiting extradition back to California.
This is an unusual "cash" bail, meaning he can't bond out for a 10% fee, but would have to deposit $5 million with the court in cash, an amount it is very unlikely he can post.
My understanding is Hsu in under investigation for fraud, although I don't know if that is by federal or state authorities.

For the purposes of clause (3) of this paragraph, the term “State” includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.

Exactly. 5 million to him is nothing. The DA wanted 50 Million and the arguments of the defense attouney seemed absolutely increadible given the flight record.
Hard to see how the judge was at all logical on this one. Unless his court can better use the 5 million than zip and he wants/expects Hsu to leave his deposit.
Who exactly got the 2 million Hsu forfeited and who would get this 5 million?
Last report is he's still in jail, still has medical problems and will waive an extradition hearing.
According to the article that's the biggest bond ever set in Mesa County. I don't know how high you could go for a fairly low grade theft conviction, which is all he's been convicted of in California, before getting into constitutional problems with unreasonable bail.
Well, if you go by the 9th Circuit Court... 
Hsu let down the Clintons, so the 9th would find for the death penalty in his case.
