- * Substantial earned media from top outlets in each host city.
- * A speech at the University of Southern California to 800 students.
- * An impromptu walk through the streets of San Francisco with 400 supporters.
- * A lecture at Seattle University that drew 550 students.
- * A rally in Seattle attended by 1,300 supporters.
- * A celebration of life and liberty in Salt Lake City that drew over 1,000 participants.
"We are succeeding to garner significant support in cities as diverse as San Francisco and Salt Lake City" said campaign manager Lew Moore. "Dr. Paul is showing that the message of freedom is popular throughout this nation."

Dr. Paul is taking the fight right through the hearts of liberal cities that traditionally support the Democratic Party and introducing them to freedom and liberty. This is an unprecedented campaign where people from all walks of life and ideologies are rising up to support Dr. Paul, people who never participated in politics before or were turned off by it are realizing that we are still Americans guided by certain principles which in itself is the United States Constitution.
The GOP establishment DENIGRATES Paul at their own peril. I'm telling you, these folks are NOT going to hold their nose for whoever the GOP nominee is. Dr. Paul is reclaiming the old Reagan coalition that wiped out two successive Rat candidates.
Bring on the cheesy photoshopped pics of Paul!

Reagan was most certainly NOT an isolationist.
That has nothing to do with why they're backing Paul.

Today Ron Paul won the Manchester, NH GOP straw poll with 66% of the vote. There have been 3 straw polls here in NH and Dr. Paul has DOMINATED all 3 of them.
We did a 5 hour (?!?!) sign wave today in downtown Manchester NH and the support was awesome. So many young people are getting involved in our movement, and so many more are getting turned on to conservative values of fiscal restraint and individual liberty. Young people are distrustful of the establishment and are turning more and more to the internet and alternative news sources for their info. This has led them to Dr. Paul, who has exposed them to our Republican message! NO LONGER IS IT WEIRD TO BE YOUNG AND CONSERVATIVE. An old timer stopped me on the street today to thank me for coming out and spreading the word for Republicans. He could not believe how many dedicated, motivated young Republicans we have attracted to our cause. He said he remembered the Reagan Revolution and was glad that a whole new generation of young people were involved in the Ron Paul Revolution!
It is happening. Even people who thought they were Democrats are waking up, hearing our message of Freedom, Liberty, Small Government, Fiscal Restraint, and are realizing... HEY I’M A CONSERVATIVE! I didn’t read the thread but I’m sure there are posts saying “sure all the fags in San Francisco love Ron Paul” or “those dirty hippies in Seattle are idiots for Ron Paul” but if this is the big tent party, and we are going to win the LONG TERM BATTLE FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY, you had all better wake up, or suffer under the same big government statists that got us where we are today.
Or we can move forward in the American Experiment and introduce a whole new generation of youth to freedom and liberty, and Republican ideals.

Reagan democrats supported Reagan for his anti-communism, and traditional values, not for appeasment. Reagan would spin in his grave if he heard pauls’s blame america first rhetoric. Paul, despite having some good ideas, is a fraud. IF your foreign policy sounds identical to Murtha’s, it’s time to check into an asylum.
The idiot was writing for Lewrockwell.com, perhaps the most disgusting group of America haters ever to call themselves conservatives. He also wrote for Anti-war, a disgusting group of leftist America haters (redundant, I know). You are being very foolsih to give this man the time of day.

Wake up pissant. Your tired old establishment hacks are the very reason this country is going down the crapper. Big government, tax and spend nannies on the left, and big government, tax and spend just a little bit less nannies on the right. Absolutely no progress on ending Social Security or the IRS, we’re still in the United Nations, education is in shambles, and we continue to fight wars that are dangerous to our national security while our own nation’s borders remain completely wide open.
Duncan Hunter is not going to energize the base, he is not going to defeat Hillary Clinton, and the Ron Paul Revolution continues to convert people to conservatism faster and quicker than any single individual since Ronald Reagan.
Whine and moan all you want, but at the end of the day, you’re wrong, we’re right, our numbers are growing and the good news for everyone is that a whole generation of educated young people are realizing that it’s the establishment party hacks who ruined the Republican party and gave the conservative movement a black eye. You people had your chance and you screwed it up. Our time is now. We’re moving forward with the American Experiment in Liberty, and it starts with the GOP. We take back our party and then we take back our country.

It's not just the campaign's excellent fund-raising that's so encouraging. It's having people like you who are willing to sacrifice so much time to get the message out. No other candidate has as many volunteers, and none has any that are so enthusiastic. In spite of all the obstacles, the message can get out. Thank you for all your hard work.

When Ron Paul gets 5% in a serious poll (meaning, not from the internet, and from a distinguised polling group) then I’ll start treating him like a serious candidate.
Until then, he is fringe candidate who’s supporters are cuckoo for cocoa puffs.
To: t_skoz
I'm 18 years old and have probably seen more political action than you'll ever see. I was talking to Presidential candidates at the age of 6 years. I was going door to door passing out campaign literature at the age of 7. I worked for my Dad's successful NH campaigns both times he ran.
Just because I would never support an old, senile fart like Ron Paul doesn't mean I'm politically inactive. And as for you...by all means keep playing in the Ron Paul litterbox.

That stencil of Dr. Paul’s face is awesome! I love it! There is a girl from MIT whom I met today. She was picking up litter after some campaign events and saved all of the other candidates signs. She has been cutting these stencils out of used campaign signs. She has a trunk full of them and made one for me in about 10 minutes from an old Huckabee sign!
Being a part of this campaign is really great.
