Actually it is quite common for cement to be shipped all around. A number of large ships deliver cement, in bulk, to the US every month.

Don’t know of any cement shipped in large crates though, usually in bulk.

And where is the protest from the appeasing South Korean government, over the hijacking of its’ nation’s flag, by the North, in service of its nuclear-terrorism-export program??? Oh no - must not offend the north with the truth!!!

It was only a 1,700-ton ship. Two or three torpedoes would shred that small of a ship before its crew even knew what had happened.
