Shoot, if you eat like I’ve been since April, you can eat anything and still lose weight.....

I’ve lost 55 pounds so far, and NO DROPPED FOOD GROUPS.

I just eat LESS every meal, and basically no snacks.

I just eat less ice cream, or if it’s a birthday party, the cake and ice cream is one of the three meals for the whole day.
