WTKK finally speaks

In their first public words addressing radio host Howie Carr, WTKK (96.9 FM) just released this statement following today’s court ruling. Here’s my story on today’s ruling.
“At this point, Howie Carr has failed to obtain the ruling from the Court that was a condition of him coming to work for us. The court’s decision left many questions unanswered. We are disappointed that Howie will not be on WTKK tomorrow, but we are hopeful that he will be a part of the Greater Media family in the very near future.”
Carr was set to debut tomorrow at 5:30 a.m. on WTKK.
Carr isn’t on WRKO hosting his show today. Todd Feinburg is filling in. Carr’s contract with WRKO ended today.
