Local residents told reporters that a fiery ball fell from the sky and smashed into the desolate Andean plain near the Bolivian border Saturday morning.

Jose Mechare, a scientist with Peru's Geological, Mining and Metallurgical Institute, said a geologist had confirmed that it was a "rocky meteorite," based on the fragments analyzed.

When are the Peruvians going to start sucking people's brains?

Who you gonna believe, 200 Peruvians who said that they became ill after the giant meteor crashed near their village, or some of the esteemed scientists who gave us Global Warming?

Maybe the villagers should tell the scientists not to worry, the advent of Global Warming is all in your heads.

“Experts confirm meteorite crash in Peru”

It starts out all cool, scientific, and exploratory.
But then later there’s zombies, screaming, running, and brain munching..

Just a hold-on here! That hole appears to be caused by something bursting from deep in the earth core and returning to the Mother Ship hovering in the Black Hole over the Antarctic. Any further question? Fine, case closed...
