If we just spun of looney Northen California into it’s own state the rest of Southern California would have enough votes to trump LA.
What are you talking about???? Why would a GOP candidate spend a penny in that state knowing that is has become one of the most liberal, democrat states over the past several elections. Who said anything about hating anybody? If they apportion the electoral votes as has been proposed then it may be worthwhile to invest and campaign there. Get a grip.
And my point is where do you think the lions share of GOP money comes from? I will give you hint it isn't Texas. Don't worry the National Pubbies don't spend a dime hear except on congressional races. But they sure as hell ring my phone of the hook.

The main arguement in favor of Giuliani is that he will turn a Gore/Kerry voter into an Republican voter. The polls so far show that he fares no better than Bush in the reliable Blue states. The Dem base is energized and rock solid. It is the Republican base and light Red states that are wobbly.
