And soros, Buffett, and Trump have selected Mrs. Clinton's return to office; therefore, the only votes which count in elections are the lobbyist's votes.

While the internet has a capability of enlarging, the truth is most people surfing the blogs and sites find the ones they like and linger there, in the echo chambers of a few favorite spots, and thus they shrink their worlds. They begin to believe the illusion that because 80 or 800 or 8,000 people frequent the same site and jaw the same sentiments, that there are a whole lot more people agreeing than disagreeing with them. That, in fact, a breathtaking number of people - MOST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, even - believe what they believe. In fact, the forums are a little like the Mirror of Erised in Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone. That mirror shows the viewer what he or she most wants to see - it shows ones deepest hearts desire - but recall Professor Dumbledores warning: this mirror gives us neither knowledge or truth. He warns that men have gone mad before it, mad in their obsessive fascination with the seductive illusion that the perfect (which can never be) is somehow attainable.
You just gotta LOVER this woman's mind!

If people took the time to find out about the background, the history, and the monstrous deeds of George Soros, they would be stunned. This man is pure evil, and people know his name, but very little else.
Do some digging on reputable sites about George Soros. Then, every point in the above essay will make perfect sense.

Whoever wrote this is young, naive, and dumb, or a manipulator. Good idea - join the sheeple and get all your news from Oprah. We wouldn’t want informed voters going to the polls. Pay no attention while the elites give away your country; it’s just your imagination. LOL!

Whoever wrote this is young, naive, and dumb, or a manipulator...Did you read the essay? Because if you did....you obviously have a comprehension defect.
The Anchoress is recognized as one of the premier blogs on the internet.
And I didn't get anywhere in the piece where she says to 'get all your news from Oprah'.
She warns those who spend all their time and get all their opinions from internet forums that despite the number of members of that forum...that you shouldn't construe that the majority of the public holds the same opinions.

So it is time to fight back. We have the same tools to use that the Soros folks are using. There is a lot of talent on this site. Go get them.

Another reality: If you dont vote in the next election because the candidates arent perfect enough for you - they dont live in that Mirror of Erised where you can gaze on your happy, perfect dreams - then you will get the government you deserve. She's absolutely right! Politics is, and always has been, the art of compromise. Even Ronald Reagan, knew this, and he practiced it skillfully.

Isnt George Soros a naturalized US citizen? But, he is still a citizen.
BTW-Does that make him any less of a citizen because he is a naturalized citizen?
As for me, both my mother and father were born in the US however, I was not and am thus a naturalized citizen.
Does, that make me less of a citizen than you? Aside from, not being able to be president, what other limitations should there be on naturalized citizens?

Congress should revoke his citizenship and deport his a$$. On what basis?
Do, you have any idea what it takes to revoke a person's US Citizenship?
To: DCPatriot
I read the part or whole of the "essay" that you posted from this blogger who is obviously young, naive, or a manipulator. I seldom read blogs, particularly ones that are by 20-somethings who see things in terms of pop culture and have no more political perspective than the Oprah crowd does.
Their appeal is mainly to other children.

You're judging people without knowing anything about them.
The Anchoress would laugh at you...suggesting she as a '20-something blogger'.
If I'm not mistaken, she has children that age.
And the consensus is that she is a brilliant and gifted writer...but with your closed minded numbness...it goes right over your head.

Cheer up. That was a long time ago.
Yes, you can be president of the U.S. Ill even vote for you.
Crazy John McCain was born in the Canal Zone, Panama.
By Panamanian law he is a Panamanian. He can run for President of Panama as well.
When born in Panamanian territory, the citizenship cannot be recinded by the the government or person. One is a Panamanian citizen forever. (McCain is stuck as a Panamanian until he dies.)
McCain will never admit to it, but he is not the law in Panama.
My perents were Americans but was born in Panama. That does not make me less of a U.S citizen.
To: Gatún(CraigIsaMangoTreeLawyer)
But the Canal Zone was US Territory.
The Panamanians, if they wish could grant automatic citizenship to those born in Mongolia.
As for me I was born in third world crap hole in South America.
