Something to do with Madame Yelenic, I suppose.
Sworn members of the Court must enforce the Law, not obey it. To do this they may lie, cheat, torture, steal and murder. You “civilians” don’t understand...
Well, for once the system worked and the code of silence was no honored.
“Are some people more equal than others?”
Rhetorical I assume.
Man. right before I arrested the bad guy I would have arrested her and sweated her out in an interrogation room. Tell her they have all these wiretaps on her and we just arrested her boyfriend and he's admitted everything and saying it was all her idea and she paid him for it, blah blah, blah. A hundred bucks says she would have spilled her guts on tape blaming the boyfriend for everything, I only knew after he did it, blah blah blah. Then they would have an eyewitness and much stronger case.
What county did this happen in?
Indiana County
Sorry, I see you’re from the State of Indiana. This happened in Indiana County, Pa. - east of Pittsburgh.
Did the protection from abuse order disarm her husband. Inquiring minds want to know. She pulled all the usual crap.
LOL. I saw it was from PA after I posted.
One has to wonder about people who named states and counties, couldn’t they have come up with something original?
Missouri is full of towns named after other states and countries.
We had a high Indian - I mean “native-American” population here back in the pioneer days. It’s been called “Indiana County” since 1803. County seat is also called “Indiana”. The actor, Jimmy Stewart, was born here - gotta throw in that bit of info ya know! lol! There’s even a statue of him in front of the courthouse.
The murder happened at the southern end of the county in a town called Blairsville.
Don't know. Don't know if he was ever armed.
I never met him, but from what I heard, her husband was a really nice man. The PFA was probably nothing more than a dirty trick on her part. No comment has been made, as far as I know, regarding Mrs. Yelenic and whether or not she had any knowledge of her boyfriend’s part in the murder -or if she had any part in it herself. The trial should be interesting. I confess to not paying attention over the last year and a half, but I’ll definitely do so now.
She would have ask for a lawyer from the get go and not said a thing.
Its even possible that she didn’t have anything to do with the murder.
The Pennsylvania State Police is the oldest Law Enforcement organization in the United States and considered one of the most professional-—this kinda blows that all to hell dosn’t it?
John Yelenic's attorney told the grand jury that Michelle Yelenic stood to lose $2,800 a month in support once the couple's divorce was finalized and stood to gain $1 million in life insurance if John Yelenic died.
Ok, the wife is a bitch. But, why is the judge getting a free ride?
In my limited knowledge, I think the judge made the right decision. Estates are normally frozen upon death so I'd think a divorce proceeding would be as well.
I don’t know if this had anything to do with the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania State Police, but a Maryland federal prosecutor was found murdered in Pennsylvania, a case which was never solved and then there was a PA State Prosecutor who also turned up missing.
I which case they're no worse off for their efforts. Again, I bet she'd have squealed against like Rosie O'Donnel on a honey glazed ham.
There are no efforts if she says lawyer.
