The $50K was part of their award. The judge ordered it paid. They are entitled to it. No other details are relevant or needed.

See Post #12. He has not paid the $50K so I think he should go to jail because he’s violating the terms of his plea deal.

The civil suit is another issue.

So, taxpayers are expected by he and his ilk to fund everything from abortion and healthcare to aiding the homeless but HE won’t even give his son more than $350.00 per week? Oy.

Sounds like Al Sharpton. Lives high on the hog, but when it comes time for them to dig into their own pockets they claim poverty.
