Another point to consider is that the way it was related (by Hillary) she didn't specifically exclude illegal immigrants, or immigrants fo that matter. One of her 'handlers' in a different inteview lead one to believe it would include illegals.

This is $5,000 'baby bond' in an account. Government run investment (which has done so well). When bonds are cashed, unless tax exempt ones, tax is due. Child could use for college or a home. OR what else? YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK.

Another socialist program to redistribute wealth and to get votes.

Speaking of government run - if government run health care is socialized medicine  ... is government run education - socialized education? Sorry, I digress.
