Commits perjury in a Federal case so he won't have to suffer any consequences and his b*tch wife pays all his fines. As Governor he fondles a total stranger in a hotel room and when a lawsuit is brought against him regarding that fondling, he tries to use the defense that as the Commander-in-Chief, he is actually on active duty and cannot be sued while in office. Oh, and Hillary pays the award to the plaintiff. Yep, that Bill, he's really prepared to accept the consequences of his actions ain't he?
