Even a half hour after Ron Paul's "Revolution" rally ended in downtown Manchester, there was a crowd larger than other candidates could only hope to draw. The campaign estimated that as many as 800 people showed up as the Texas congressman kicked off a canvassing effort in New Hampshire's three largest cities.
The campaign gave out buttons asking: "Who is Ron Paul?" But who are Ron Paul's supporters? "I think they're new to the process," said Paul's son, Rand Paul. "We definitely have Democrats that are crossing over, Libertarians crossing over, Independents crossing over. And I think the people that come out are definitely gonna vote."
Rand Paul said that every day he's surprised at "how big" his father's campaign has gotten. Last week, they asked supporters to raise $500,000. "They passed that in three days, and now we're asking them to raise a million," Rand Paul said. By Sunday, they had done just that. And Rand Paul said his father might end the third fundraising quarter with more cash on hand than most of the other Republicans. "We may have more money on hand than Romney if you subtract what he's given himself," he said.

Paul revoltution ping.
Wow. Three people, and one is no longer here.
And your point is......?
One of em got beamed up, eh?
(chuckle)
Allow me to spell it out for you
Impossible. Highly scientifc FR poll results tell me that there are hundreds of Ron Paul supporters who participate on FR.
Jim Rob is obviously more open to debate than you are, since I am still posting.
Pro Prawn Paul (say it three times real fast) Suicide Thread
So, what are you saying? That you always ping every single person who takes your side?....Right.....
I read what he said and it's been noted.
Please note that nobody here wants to face the fact that Paul has drawn a bigger crowd than their candidate (fill in the blank) could ever do. This is telling.
LOL!
Jim Rob has a soft spot in his heart for the "Saint of Lost Causes".
And you’re surprised or happy with the “crossover”?
Duh. Democrats and the ultra-left are more than happy to do their part in making sure the most wacked out loser in the Republican field gets all the press and “movement” possible. Divide and conquer, divide and conquer.
One day the Ron Paul republicans, assuming their is such an animal, will wake up and realize they’ve been used like a $20 hooker.
As long as Paul supporters can engage in reasonable debate without resorting to anti-war or neo-con kook tactics then there should be no problems.
Because Captain Kirk has you in his "Ron Paul Revolution" ping list from this thread.
Please forgive the ping if it is not appropriete.
Since you don’t want a “crossover,” (e.g. add to the GOP’s shrinking base) what is your plan to avoid a repetition of the 2006 debacle?
You can take me off the Paul PING list, CK.
If Duncan Hunter became a moonbat “truther,” he would draw crowds of moonbats, too. But he prefers not to deal with the devil.
RP is doing better in the margin of error in the polls than attract voters. I wonder how many were bussed in?
Well, JR spelled it out pretty plainly. And he’s right - Ron Paul is a collaborator. After the war with Islamofascism is over, said, and won, Americans will be shaving Ron Paul’s head and parading him through the streets to be mocked, like they used to do after WWII to the women who slept with Nazi officers.
You can't help yourself eh?
There is no such thing as an 'innocent' Ron Paul thread that simply reports the everyday happening of his campaign.
I have seen you get banned here before, but only temporarily. You are lucky, and Jim is far too generous.
Why are you posting Paul threads?
Let’s see, what are Ron’s positions over the last twenty years:
Pro-capitalist
Pro “fence”— secure our borders
Reduce federal budget
Reduce taxes
Strongest 2d Amendment support of any politician ever
Strong support for property rights
Anti-Kelo
Anti-CFR
Pro US sovereignty- No participation in NAFTA, ICC, UN...
No government subsidized health care
Pro home schooling
Anti-abortion
Strong lifelong Christian
No unconstitutional government agencies
Anti executive order abuse
Yeah, he’s obviously a liberal //Extreme Sarcasm
Some people really DO need a building to fall on them.

I wonder how many were there just to get a glimpse of the Paulnuts. Free entertainment, so to speak.
Not having to screw around with a blithering anti-republican candidate and his true believers would be a great start.
Ron Paul 08' exhibits all the traits of a cult.
Pro Ron Paul threads belong on Moveon.org
L.Ron is an isolationist, Blame-America-First, goldbuggering nutbag who seems to prefer Ahmadinejad to Israel.
Try learning to read. I'm talking about the Paul supporters who ramble on about "war profiteering" or "war for oil" crap. They should be given the boot.
There is no such thing as an 'innocent' Ron Paul thread that simply reports the everyday happening of his campaign.
So what's the point of even posting the threads & responding to them then? Paul is a presidential candidate, that means he's going to be in the news. Someone will inevitably post threads on them, and there will be some comments pointing out the flaws and defending Paul's position. So unless you enjoy one-sided threads & Paul supporters tepidly posting hoping they won't get nuked, then there shouldn't be any Paul threads then. You can't have it both ways.
I have seen you get banned here before, but only temporarily. You are lucky, and Jim is far too generous.
I was suspended because someone used my handle and posted some stupid thread. It wasn't because of me.
I've got your 'sarcasm' right here.
Ron Paul blames America for Islamic hate. Ron Paul wants to retreat from Iraq.
Both transcend him beyond just being a liberal.
Please READ THIS from this Forum's founder and consider whether Freerepublic is the forum for YOU
I'm thinking it isn't.
Simple fact.
Please read the Constitution and consider whether this is the right country for you. I think France, or the UK would be much more to your liking.

Don’t forget he is against the UN and against the IRS.
Who else comes close to that? I want to know.
Ron Paul supporters believe the threat from Islam is just something we should defend against, not aggressively take action to combat.
If they read the Constitution, they should know about the primary role of the federal government with regard to foreign threats.
I guess Jefferson engaged in unconstitutional actions when he attacked the Barbary Pirates.
Simple opinion.
Ron Paul signs started popping up this weekend all around town. I don’t get those who support him at all...
Exactly.
I do not want to Lose the WAR and find out it was not a simple opinion. I would rather Win the WAR and not take the chance. ron paul would rather lose the WAR and take the chance. I chose not to support ron paul for this reason.
I’m pro-war,BTW. That is the only issue I disagree with Ron, on, and when Ron becomes subject to daily briefs from DoD, State, and other agencies he will realize that we can’t pull out on a quick time frame.

I think crossover is great, if its legitimate support. Paul’s crossover support isn’t legitimate in that its goal is not to help Ron Paul become President but rather to sow discord and push the impression that grassroots Republicans want the U.S. out of Iraq.
As Hillary’s advisors have told her, a liberal or perceived liberal candidate cannot win a national election. A conservative candidate can.
My plan for avoiding a 2006 debacle? Party unity. Its hard to sell your brand when 200 people are saying it means 200 different things. Inevitably, all parties out of power recognize this and swallow their pet issues in the name of selling one brand.
Ron Paul “Republicans” appear to me to be either Democrat infiltrators or people willing to cast their lot with the Democrats. I hardly think I’m alone in this evaluation.
I live in one of the districts where a Republican house member lost. Plain and simple, he lost because the media and Democrat ran stories day in, day out about this scandal or that one. Of course, after the election his name was cleared in everything, but that’s beside the point I guess.
How does one make that conclusion of me?
Perhaps it is desperation by a person who should be thoroughly embarrassed for supporting a candidate more in tune with the foreign policy ideas of nutmenajob, Cindy Sheehan and Teddy Kennedy, then of those of the overwhelming majority of members of Freerepublic.
