Who has the "Stop Rudy" ping list? (vanity)

Lost the ability to download cookies from Free Republic for quite some time. I'm back now.

I'd like to reconnect with the Stop Rudy list so I can ping 'em to combat the Rudophiles who are infiltrating FR again.

Anyone got the ping list?

I’m laughing pretty hard at some of the new Rudy threads that have been posted.

Christians will vote for him because, at least, they know where he stands.

ROFL! lol... lol...

Do you actually know Giuliani’s foreign policy views or are you simply making things up? I suspect it’s the latter.

Does this sound like the kind of man who believes in strict constructionist judges?? Sounds like a petty dictator to me.

“Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do and how you do it. “ Mayor Giuliani, NY Times 3/17/94

“You don’t have a right not to be identified”. Giuliani- NY Times 12/17/98 “Giuliani Backs DNA Testing of Newborns for Identification”

When asked whether all children should have DNA tests at birth, the Mayor said: “...I would have no problem with that, or fingerprinting all children...There is absolutely no reason why people should be afraid of being identified”-N.Y. Times 12/17/98

According to a 4/13/99 Newsday article, Mayor Giuliani has just won a Thomas Jefferson Center for Protection of Free Expression lifetime achievement award for having done “grievous harm” to free expression.

Giuliani advocated dressing school children in uniforms

“An exhibition of paintings is not as communicative as speech, literature or live entertainment, and the artists’ constitutional interest is thus minimal.” - Giuliani appeal brief ‘s argument against street artists having First Amendment rights, Giuliani v Lederman et al and Giuliani v Bery et al, filed with the US Supreme Court 2/24/97.

“Civilization has been about trying to find the right place to put excrement.” Giuliani quoted in NY Times, 10/13/99

“The whole school system should be blown up, and a new one put in its place. I feel like a prophet today.” Giuliani-Daily News 4/23/99

“When they make the decision to shoot they have to shoot to kill”. Mayor Giuliani on NYPD policy CBS News 9/2/99

“Let’s say somebody is acquitted, and it’s one of those acquittals in which the person was guilty, but there is just not quite enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt,” the Mayor said. “That might be a situation in which the car would still be forfeited.” - Giuliani, NY Times 2/23/99 “Police Seize Three Cars in Crackdown”

When Congress enacted immigration reform laws that forbade local governments from barring employees from cooperating with the INS, Mayor Rudy Giuliani filed suit against the feds in 1997. He was rebuffed by two lower courts, which ruled that the sanctuary order amounted to special treatment for illegal aliens and were nothing more than an unlawful effort to flaunt federal enforcement efforts against illegal aliens. In January 2000, the Supreme Court rejected his appeal, but Giuliani vowed to ignore the law.

“Rudi Giuliani had ordered his police to engage in random stop and frisk measures against young black men, in clear violation of the Constitution of the United States and numerous Supreme Court decisions. Interviews have shown that 80% of young black men have been stopped and searched in this manner. Rudi Giuliani says that this is justified because 80% of the crimes are committed by young black men.”

I agree with every single one of those quotes. especially supporting the NYPD over thugs, blowing up the school system run by union scum, we live in a nation of laws, im in favor of school uniforms, I would have no problem with DNA testing at birth, taking the cars of drug dealers, racial profiling makes sense especially post 9/11, and the rights over crappy sensationaliost artists are overblown.

About the only policy in your list I have a problem with is his past stance on illegal immigration enforcement.

So here’s a question — does Mr. Strict Constructionist plan to abdicate the knighthood he accepted from Queen Elizabeth II? A strict constructionist might argue that Giuliani isn’t even currently eligible for office. I’m shocked that someone with the Giuliani’s knowledge of and respect for the Constitution hasn’t yet addressed this. /s

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State.

He never sung her praises as a justice. ... Lets look at the quote.

The question clearly states on the court! Giuliani's whole statement is about good justices. You're really stretching--beyond credibility.

“I agree with every single one of those quotes. “

You may be looking to annoint a king to seize your rights and rule over you. I am not.

Most of those quotes expose Giuliani not as someone who would appoint judges to protect our rights, but instead as someone intent on seizing the power to redefine our rights himself. It is insulting to the people that died defending our rights that Julie-Annie is even running.

I will pass on your request! LOL.

I combined the lists, adding new folks to the Napkin-User list and I passed it on to titansAFC who I think will be pinging it, for the most part.

Titans—I’m freepmailing you a corrected list (with FreeInWV at the top and correcting a couple others).
