This would be great news. (Also, I think VA is a major pick up opportunity for the D-MoveOn.org so getting top-class conservative candidate is a must).

I wish him (and his family) well and if I were a resident of Virginia, he'd have my vote...
Thanks,

He is a class act; I met him sixteen years ago. I have no idea what his politics are though.

It would be great if he could make the Senators who treated him shabbily squirm just by being among them as a fellow Senator.

Just as Senator Sessions ran for the Senate after they denied him advancement on the courts?
Of course I don’t know his politics. I have a hard time imagining he’d be worse then Warner’s self appointed successor though.

How about running him for President? He’d be better than Fredrudy McRomney.
To: nordicstan
He would have my vote in a second...I admire the man greatly.

I’d vote for him in a heart beat in ANY capacity!
To: nordicstan
If what George Allen said was enough to make him lose, won’t General Pace’s statements about homosexuality make him unnaceptable to Virginians?
To: nordicstan
After experiencing first-hand the circus called the Senate, I wouldn’t blame General Pace if he would choose not to run.
A great man—he’d make a great senator.

The Washington Post and the gay lobby will tear him to shreds.
They will also be blaming him for Abu Grahib, Haditha, and Rush Limbaugh.
