Also silent since the raid are Democrat politicians like Nancy Pelosi who went out of their way to suck up to the "peace loving" Assad.

The only possible explanation is that the consignment was nuclear. Don't agree ~

Israel is silent because it was a dry run. Syria is silent because they’re scared sh*tless. So much for that double super secret hightech Russian radar defense system. The same one Iran bought as well.

Not really. Not proven at all. This is basically designed to make Israel forgo self-defense. No way.

Neither do I . Soft target .You think Israel would show it's hand at putting out Syria's eyes with a soft target so then the syrians could work with the russians and fix the problem in syria's expensive equipment?

World War III could not have occurred, because you need two sides with effective fighting forces for a war.

You certainly may have the better point . What ever it was , it was worth it .

According to American sources, Israeli intelligence tracked a North Korean vessel carrying a cargo of nuclear material labelled cement as it travelled halfway across the world. On 3 September the ship docked at the Syrian port of Tartous and the Israelis continued following the cargo as it was transported to the small town of Dayr as Zawr, near the Turkish border in north-eastern Syria. If they were tracking a high stakes nuclear cargo, why not intercept it on the high seas and not wait until it is unloaded and dispersed.
This part of the story does not make sense.

Can’t see how based on any of the scenarios discussed, the British statement about “Armageddon” and “WWIII” makes any sense. And mind you, the person quoted said there would have been mass panic if people knew how close we came to a world war on that day. How do they figure?

To make sure of the destination. That ship could have stopped at Iran.

It was worth it. Syrias having DTs and Irans chitting its britches. I doubt 'er.
The Islamic extremists want a world war to accelerate the fulfilling of their prophesies of their end-days. Why would they they fear something they want?

Israel wanted to catch Syria’s President Asshat with his pants down, and with the goods. Let him think for a few hours that he was just about to join the nuclear club, and then *BLAMMO* !!!
My view is that any target Israel chooses to strike inside Syria (or Iran for that matter) is a worthwhile target.
Next time, maybe they’ll get Asshat and Ahmadinerunt in their crosshairs.
We can certainly wish them good hunting.
