Steven Nary has spent the last 11 years in prison for daring to defend himself against homosexual rape by an illegal alien in San Francisco. While awaiting trial in the San Francisco City Jail for the murder of Juan Pifarre, a gay man and a Hispanic activist, Steven Nary lived a cramped and useless life. His working-class parents could not offer much help. The whole "nightmare" overwhelmed them.

1. Whatever kind of activist he is, no one should be rail roaded on a murder charge.

2. When you kill someone, as Mr. Nary did, or even severely injure them, even if they are a criminal - you incur the responsibility to call an police and/or an ambulance. My Nary instead ran back to his ship.

3. We have only Mr. Nary's word that he was promised girls at the house - maybe he is telling the truth but this article is about as inflammatory and shallow as can be. This article is a little better but still hard to separate the facts or address questions like why the Navy would have also rail roaded him and why there was no appeal.

Well no. Since you clarified things. If you kill some member of a fashionable “muhnority” and you are of the white persuasion, there’s no way they’re not going to try and railroad you. It’s the fashionable thing to do.

That article was very hard to follow but it caught my interest. I looked up his name & I think from what I read he was basically a scared young guy who ran. This happened back in 1996 & I would think he would have been paroled by now. I think he got a raw deal from the little I've read so far. When I get time I will read as much as I can. If he was raped and possibly drugged I think that makes a big difference. I am out & out disgusted by the gays & the sex offenders who do get away with murder. Seems to me he has served enough time.

Juan Pifarre, an illegal alien was a 53 yr old sexual predator. He also was a gay politically connected player in local San Francisco politics; he had exceptional political connections. It seems strange to me that his HIV status & autopsy were never disclosed. Heres more info if you want to read about it.
