Is it reasonable, the lawyers ask a federal judge, to believe that a 58-year-old man could wait more than two hours after awakening in the morning before taking a bathroom break?

All you have to assume is that he did not sleep through the night, but got up to relieve himself somewhere around 0400 to 0600. Upon arising, he then could go for some time without visiting the bathroom. Are these lawyers getting $1,000/hour? Why did I post this???
