I'm nowhere near 58, but since I was nine years old -- to avoid wetting the bed -- I have gone to the bathroom before hitting the sack. It just became part of my routine, and I'm on a three-decade winning streak.

It goes to the credibility of Jefferson that he's reduced to making reference to bathroom issues. Remember how Gore defended himself against charges of knowledge his fundraising activities were illegal by saying he might have been on a bathroom break after drinking copious amounts of iced tea?

All you have to assume is that he did not sleep through the night, but got up to relieve himself somewhere around 0400 to 0600. Upon arising, he then could go for some time without visiting the bathroom. Are these lawyers getting $1,000/hour? Why did I post this???
