Need to see an accident report to verify if the ‘black ice’ is even true.Especially as we've seen that the weather conditions in the days prior to the accident did not lend themselves to producing black ice.

Need to see an accident report to verify if the ‘black ice’ is even true. An announcement from the Baltimore Law Firm of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe reports that they are amending the Frost's accident report and intend to file a pro bono claim accusing the tree of reckless endangerment by growing too close to the road.
