New law will open female locker rooms to transgender men

Governor Schwarzenegger has signed into the law the highly controversial SB 777 (Kuehl) that will permit transgender students to enter the locker rooms and restrooms of the gender with which they identify.

Under the guise of preventing discrimination and bias against homosexuals, transgenders and other sexual variants, SB 777 will force innocent school children to accept alternative lifestyles.

"We are shocked and appalled that the governor has blatantly attacked traditional family values in California," stated Karen England, Executive Director of Capitol Resource Institute. "With this decision, Governor Schwarzenegger has told parents that their values are irrelevant. Many parents will have no choice but to pull their children out of the public schools that have now become sexualized indoctrination centers."

"SB 777 will result in reverse discrimination against students with religious and traditional family values," stated Meredith Turney, Legislative Liaison for Capitol Resource Institute. "These students have lost their voice as the direct result of Governor Schwarzenegger's unbelievable decision. The terms 'mom and dad' or 'husband and wife' could promote discrimination against homosexuals if a same-sex couple is not also featured," continued Turney. " Parents want the assurance that when their children go to school they will learn the fundamentals of reading, writing and arithmetic-not social indoctrination regarding alternative sexual lifestyles. Now that SB 777 is law, schools will in fact become indoctrination centers for sexual experimentation."

"We had hoped that the governor would once again veto this outrageous legislation but he obviously decided to side with the out-of-touch extremists that control the legislature. This law does not reflect the true values of the average Californian," stated England. "True leadership means standing up for what is true and right. This is going to far IMHO. Arnold is losing his mind. The day my daughter has a male in her locker room I hope the girls gang on up on IT & beat the cr@p at of IT. The trans & gays are pushing us too far now. Give them their own schools or locker rooms. But to treat a male as if he really is a female when he isn’t is insane IMO. Do locker rooms include bathrooms? Is there a dress code for entering the women’s bathroom? How does one prove that transgenderhood? If a transgendered just walks into a crowded women’s restroom, I see some very unhappy women. Women alone with a transgender in a restroom will feel very uncomfortable. I suppose that feelings do not count when a conservative’s ox is gored.

That happened to me years ago in a biker bar. I tend to look under the stall doors to see if there are feet so I know the bathroom is in use. Well these feet were pointing the wrong way. I waited & asked IT why IT didn’t use the men’s room if IT had the nerve to be dressed as a woman. It said IT would be beat up if IT did. Later on It came on to a biker I knew & IT did get beat up rather badly.

unfortunately this is just the beginning. Diversity is the new word used to discriminate against moral, decent, God fearing Americans. If you dont abide you will be ostracized. We need to start speaking out about the use of diversity and tolerance. Diversity divides us and tolerance is nothing more than a lack of reason. We are not tolerating a MAN in OUR BATHROOM!” (Emphasis as shown) We just set up a separate uni-sexual bathroom. Women by and large don’t tolerate this at all.

Emphasis is correct. We absolutely won't tolerate it. I can't imagine the men tolerating it too well either.

This very same thing happened where I work, (a male I used to work with decided to go through the necessary changes to become a LESBIAN because HE LIKES GIRLS) and found "himself" between bathrooms.

Confusion over which bathroom to use, I believe, was the least of "his" problems.
