I once put sour cream on McDonald’s hash browns and pretended they were Latkes.

My already very high opinion of David Horowitz just went up a couple notches. Wonderful response!

What does doctrine say will happen to Jews during the Rapture?

Show me anyone who is ruffled by Ann comments, and I’ll show you a liberal who has been knocked around by her sharp conservative commentary in the past.

Let's see which groups are the REAL threat to Semites:Muslims who desire to wipe them off the planet, ala Yassir Arafat and his merry band of terrorists; Iran's insane leader promising to nuke Israel and giving date certain times, Communist regimes who always persecute Jews where ever they are and atheists who won't allow the name of God to be used anywhere in the U.S. (and really all over the world)?

Coulter, hoping Jews will convert to Christianity vs. Muslims promising to kill Jews where ever they are, Communists/Atheists not allowing Jews to practice their faith in God, hummmmmmmmmmm, I wonder.

I feel like I have slipped into an alternate reality, where the old expression "sticks and stones may break my bone, but words will never hurt me", has morphed into "I would rather have my throat slit, than to have someone pray for me"...

I do know but I am trying to make sense of Jews who are "offended" at being confront with the truth that Christians DO pray, desire and hope that all will come to Christ and receive Salvation (of course not all will nor will all Gentiles, but that is our desire.)

This does NOT make any of us anti-semitic!

What a waste of time. Coulter said this on ourpose to piss everyone off and make her usual millions off the hysteria. It is the Michael Moore school of marketing, and it is very effective. But since we aqre not collecting the royalty checks, why do we waste time explaining or defending her? This multi-millionaire rabble-rouser can do that well enough herself. IT amazes me how people rally to “help” her when she WANTS to be attacked.

Amen to that.

I do know what you mean, when I tell someone that I know is not in the slightest way religious, that I will pray for them when they are going through a particularly bad time.

Usually they give me an odd smile and mumble thanks, sort of but other times people are offended and tell me not to pray for them as they don't believe.

I merely smile and tell them that I do and that I believe in the power of prayer of believers even for prayers offered for unbelievers. I remind them that I may pray for whomever I choose.

Then it must be pro-semitic to pray for an event in which most Jews perish and go to hell.

Yes. And David Horowitz has spent the better part of 30 years rooting out and exposing antiSemitism. David states her position correctly,...not politically correctly.

I expect a Christian to be faithful just as I expect a Jew to do the same. People's religious differences don't bother the devout but liberals fear religion because they think they are a god and no one should follow God and traditional values. The misplaced concern for Jews from folks who think God has no place in our country is amusing to me.

The Anti-Defamation League issued a statement today condemning Coulter for "anti-Semitic" comments, saying she "clearly knows very little about religious theology and interfaith issues."

Just change the name to "The Pro-Defamation League" and suddenly the comment fits.

"My response is this," Horowitz writes, "What else would a Christian hope for? That's the message of the New Testament: Jesus came to fulfill, complete, perfect the Law. If you're a Christian, that's what you believe."

Wow, an ounce of sanity in an ocean of ignorance.

Anne: "Will you come to Chruch with me. I would like to invite you."

This is taken to be insulting and antisemitic? An invitation to a place that Anne reveres deeply...that is antisemitic?

Annes critics are saying the same of her as Reid said of Limbaugh. Anne has always been a supporter of Israel and the Jews. She has never shrunk from declaring her devotion to Christ. This is the same "Media Matter-type confabulation" that they threw at Limbaugh, O'Rielly, and others, hoping it will stick. It offended only those who had a chip on their shoulder and who wanted to find something to be offended by.

One of my good friends, a surgeon who trained me, asked me if I wished to take Talmudic Instruction. I did not in any way see his offer as an attack of Christianity. He is a great man. We talk about his faith and my faith all of the time. He is fairly liberal, which I hasten to inform him all of the time. He calls me Atilla. We have remained friends for over 30 years. Shalom

Unfortunately, every Jewish organization in America got the same “What are you going to do about this?” letter, and they all decided to do the Al Sharpton thing and mindlessly condemn Ann without even reading the transcript in full.

Over the last several years, especially since the Clintons were forced upon all of America, there is no act done by a Dem or statement made by a Dem, that Dems will excuse or defend.
