It's possible.I've read in the past that courts have upheld bids on e-bay as being the equivalent of a legal contract so if there are phony bidders things could get interesting.

I was leary when I saw it, but apparently Rush verifies all the bidders...this bidder has been after the document since the beginning. Something tells me all of this was preplanned. I dunno. I registered and placed a bid really early on. They wanted to know a whole lot about me and it took them 4 or 5 hours to send back approval. I'm guessing someone is going through and checking on all these registered people.
