WASHINGTON -- Several stores in Georgetown boarded up their windows Friday in anticipation of possible vandalism by protesters in town for the World Bank and IMF meetings.
A few dozen protesters gathered at Washington Circle, where they planned to begin a march through Georgetown to send a message to what they call "a seat of excessive wealth and privilege."...

According to NBC4 - at least one bystander has been injured. A protester alledgedly threw half a brick and struck a woman bystander. The victim was struck in the head and was bleeding profusely according to a witness who saw the attack. The victim was taken to a local hospital.

Once the violence starts by these scofflaws, the whole protest needs to be shut down.
Do these anarchists have some dispensation to start protesting in the streets and cause mayhem? Do they have a parade permit?
