He has, many times over the years (and lost every debate). D’Souza is an apologetic hack. D’Souza refuses to debate Spencer again … he knows he would loose, as usual.
Of course, poor thing, but seriously, Christopher as many Athiests, only pick audiences where they will be “admired” and rarely “ganged up on.”
Dinesh is dishonest. I followed the Spencer/D'Souza arguments about 4 months ago and found Dinesh to have a very nasty way of misrepresenting what his interlocutors have to say. Dinesh is lazy and an idiot when it comes to Islam. That's what his most recent book demonstrated which I'll bet was half written by his staff or others
I watched the debate at King’s College the other night. It seemed to be about everything EXCEPT: Does God exist?
Does Hitchens’s book even deal with that question?

I found him to be very polite, as well as witty in those days. I haven't seen him since, though, and it appears he may have changed some of his opinions. He certainly looked better in those days, too--LOL!
I have read everything published by both Spencer and D’Souza and I agree. Spencer has obviously researched his primary thesis and follow-up arguments. D’Souza put together a book that he thought wouldn’t be contested and now is trying to justify its very existence.
No faith and no balls either.

Absolutely. Robert Spencer is a master of rigorous logic, solid scholarship. Muslims are dreamers and illogical. Their arguments are poetic while Spencer is prosaic. I prefer logic and common sense.
Dinesh cannot afford to admit he was wrong and he never will.
Dinesh D'Souza is doing very well with his books and at Hoover Institution. He has a larger soapbox than Robert Spencer so he tried to overwhelm Robert via misrepresentation. And he half succeeded
Interesting - caught just a few minutes of his debate with D’Souza on C-Span this weekend - noted the moderator was Marvin Olasky, also interesting because when he was on C-Span last spring he mentioned that he expected to be debating Hitchens himself in a few months and was not looking forward to it, expecting to be badly out-argued - glad he apparently found a way to be involved but not directly in the line of fire.......

Colmes has been getting worse than ever lately, and people
who usually just ignore him have been getting back in his face and really letting him have it for his snotty lies. Dick Morris leveled him last night and made colmes look like the sniveling punk he is. I’m no Morris fan, but he didn’t take the cryptkeeper’s crap and unloaded on him. Very Cool.
