Hillary has got to be the least appealing presidential candidate I have ever seen. She inspires loathing.

If we can't beat her, then we really are in bad shape.

I don’t know who Clinton wants to win, but I think it’s obvious that Matthews is a Rudybot.

GET REAL Chris!

Bill misses everything that goes with being POTUS. He will "wink" and let "she who must be obeyed" take the credit for running the country.

I think it’s beginning to dawn on Bill that if Hillary wins, he’ll go down in history as the first “First Man” lol that's right. he can kiss his president years good bye. lmao

On one hand, Bill would love to enjoy Presidential perks again (like riding around in AF One). On the other hand,
1. If Hiliary gets elected, his personal life goes back under the microscope again. No more floozies. And the Secret Service will no doubt report his behavior directly to her.
2. His pride will suffer if Hillary gets to one-up him
3. At the end of the day, I really don’t think he likes her

If Gore were President, Clinton’s star power would have gone to ZERO on Inaugaration Day 2001.

Good point.

The clintons gave great cocktail parties for the press. Lots of fancy ord’oeuvres, good liquor and wine, lots of Hollywood stars circulating through the crowd. A great time was had by everyone on the cocktail circuit in DC, almost every day.

But if a reporter crossed them, they leaned on his bosses and he was promptly fired.

So, that’s why they favor hillary. She carries a load of carrots and a big stick.

On the other hand, I think everyone who knows her, hates her. She’s rude, intolerant, opinionated, full of herself, she throws things at you when she’s mad.

So, my theory is that as long as it looks as if she’s a certainty for the White House, the press will worship her in lockstep. But if there’s plausible reason to believe she won’t make it, then they can afford to stop pretending to like her.

I don’t think she wants him in the White House with her.

I'm sure she has a plan for that as well. It probably involves Bruce Lindsey taking Bill for a walk at Ft. Marcy Park.

Bruce to Bill: "It's just business, you understand."
