It does sound like a delicious cake. Guess next time I have bananas about to go bad I’ll try making hummingbird cake rather than my usual banana bread.

Mid-April is the usual time they arrive ... this year it wasn’t until the end of the month. The few months they are here are full of beauty, wonder and amazement. ;-)
