One thing that has come out of the global warming hysteria, at least for me, is that I’ve changed my opinion on algore’s intelligence. I used to think he was dumber than a rock. The opposite is true.
Before you fire up the flame throwers consider this:
Algore uses 20x the average American for electricity in his main (1 of 5) homes.
He flies 100,000 miles a year in his avgas-guzzling Challenger.
He claims it’s okay for him to have a large carbon footprint, because he buys carbon offsets. (more later)
He uses the biased media to spread the global warming hysteria, which they are more than eager to do.
The UN helps algore by releasing the global-hysteria-inducing IPCC report.
He makes a shlockumentary about global warming, chock full of lies and distortions. Millions of copies of the DVD release of the shlockumentary are bought by the public schools for forced green indoctrination of impressionable youth making algore millions of dollars.
He gets awards and praise from the media and even the Nobel Prize.
He now commands $100,000 per speaking engagement.
Meanwhile, he conveniently forgets to mention the carbon offsets he is buying are from his own company which stands to make billions of dollars over the next few years as ‘rat-controlled federal, state and local governments force companies to buy carbon offsets as the global warming hysteria becomes offical policy.
Not bad for a rejected Presidential candidate who flunked out of divinity college. He may be somebody to loathe, which I do, but he does know how to control the media and make lots of money doing it - pretty smart.
Headline made me LOL without even reading the article.
Californians more easily baffled with B.S.
Just confirms my observation that Califorians are the stupidest people in the nation!
I think you screwed up and misposted. The real title is:
“Californians Still Crazy As Loons”
[Californians are more likely than the rest of the nation to see global warming as a threat, but also are more optimistic that greenhouse gases can be cut while creating jobs and expanding the economy, according to a Field Poll released Friday.]
Tlak about a whole state needing a Darwin award.
Right. They ask Californians if they are better informed than the rest of the US about GW and guess what answer they got ...
Is this push polling?
Californians more easily brainwashed.
considering that 67% of graduating seniors in California cannot read or write past a 3rd grade level (California Department of Education) I am not surprised
Back in the late 70’s I worked with a guy who kept telling me that the rise in gas prices was an attempt to control us and force us not to drive and stay put. It’d be easier to control people that way.
It sounded more whacked out then than it does now.
Californians are more likely than the rest of the nation to take mind altering drugs. Can we please give California back to Spain?
State residents are more likely than other Americans to Hallucinate
The poll found that 9 in 10 Californians have the IQ of the Yellow Spotted Romanian Tree Frog
More than 4 out of 5 respondents said they use illegal drugs at least twice a day.
The poll found a much higher level of illegal drug use in California than the nation generally.
When the last Conservative (JimRob) leaves California please turn off the lights
The line between genius and insanity is blurry.
“Californians more easily duped by Global Warming hoax.?”
Bingo.
Nah most but not all more easily swallow the Horse Sh!t they are spoon fed...
DING DING!! A winner! They arent better informed. They are more likely to believe the BS.
Californians are more likely than the rest of the nation to see global warming as a threat
There is a contradiction between the title and the opening line.
That only tells me how gullible and malleable many Californians are.
Since when is believing in bullsh*t “better informed”?!?
~~ AGW ping~~
