With the racial profiling that goes on these days associated with civil rights, I’d be very surprised if hispanic victims of crimes were considered whites. I am not sure, but I would also think that perps would be considered whites, but I could be wrong.
Whether you came up with the point or not, it is an important point and I appreciate you making it.
It’s dishonest, and in my opinion it’s done for a reason.
