Just heard this today when Jay Sev...(what’s his name? - turned him on for a few minutes only) started to go into ecstasy over Imus returning. I hope Imus (who I can’t really stand) blows the Felon away in the AM and Howie trashes every political & cultural entity that the RKO mgmt holds dear. What can they do? Fire him?
On his show, Howie mentioned going to “jury duty” but he was actually talking about the various
legal meetings, etc. “Well at least I won’t have to do that again for the next 5 years”.
Note he said 5, meaning when his new contract ends...REAL “jury duty” in MA ensures you won’t
be called again for a period of _3_ years.

I'm not fond of Imus either.....I've heard bits and pieces of the felon's program and I do mean bits and pieces, I've tuned in on Thursday only to hear that screaming banchee Wendy Murphy screaming at the top of her lungs and I do mean screaming, that woman's voice can shatter glass, but, I digress, anyway, I'll take Imus over the banchee and felon any day and as for the felon, his days are numbered, as for Howie, he stated yesterday that he's only going to accentuate the positive and I surmise that if he does decide to start trashing management and everything they hold near and dear, there wouldn't be any reprecussions, as you said, are they going to fire him? I doubt it, Howie is their golden goose without him they are nothing, another five years on the contract and at the end Howie will be ready to retire and RKO will be no more, unless of course the felon just brings the whole place down in the next year which is not a far cry from reality.
