Is it ture that dimocrats in the Indiana House are responsible for the property tax mess in your state? I heard that they screwed things up before the Republican governor take office, is that true?
It’s a combination of things but the Dems didn’t help. The House speaker with the really bad hairpiece devised this scheme to give people “rebates” on their property taxes like people get refunds on their income tax.
People then found out how much of an insult these “rebates” are and are fuming.
Ironic thing is the guy running for Guv on the Dems side is a school architect. He’s the one who’s causing these property tax bills to go skyhigh with building these Taj Mahals for education when a basic building will do.
