What has Global Warming/Climate Change or any of the other euphemisms have to do with policy other than to keep funding the United Nations IPCC and scientists around the world......(the UN behemoth).

I haven't really tried to keep up with the hysterical global warming scam, but an article in a local paper about greenhouse gasses caught my eye the other day. According to the article 97% of all greenhouse gasses in the earth's atmosphere is water vapor, mainly evaporated from the oceans, and man made CO2 comprises less than 1 % of the 3% that isn't H2O vapor.

Now 1 % of 3 % of the total amount of all greenhouse gas is not a very significant portion, (.0003% if my mental multiplication is correct, which it may not be) and I have a hard time believing that a minor annual increase in such an insignificant portion of the total amount of greenhouse gasses in our atmosphere will cause the world to become virtually unlivable for humans even within the next 1000 years. The earth's biosphere may be fragile, but not that fragile.
