I noticed that Philadelphia, with the highest murder rate in the country is not even mentioned in this study. The murder rate in Phila. this year, has been well over one a day. An American in Baghdad has a greater chance of being shot in Philadelphia than he does in Baghdad.

Maybe they just left Phila off the study because the police dept had been criticized for renaming criminal complaints as other lesser types of investigations, and no good statistics were available.

Last weekend, I heard on the news that 6 Philadelphia police officers had been shot in two weeks.

Well the obvious solution to securing the peace in these cities is to remove the police departments. If they weren't there, criminals would have no reason to break the law. You see, it just isn't any fun if there isn't an element of risk involved...take away the risk and criminals don't have fun anymore...they'll do something else.

Don't laugh, I learned that tactic from reading comments from all those liberal experts...and they know their stuff! I mean, come on! Look at the liberal method of fighting wars! It's a revolutionary concept! Remove your troops and just don't participate! Voila! No war!!! It all makes perfect sense!
