And what agenda is that?
Debate the issue on the thread and keep you finger off of the abuse button.
Thanks
I totally agree with you on the PDA, heck I have a problem with it with heterosexuals.
I agree with you about it in schools, ESPECIALLY elementary schools.
I also agree with you on the shopping, I go for the best deals. I also have a mileage issue because I live in a rather remote rural area. WalMart is only 15 miles away, as is Lowe’s, anything else is between 50 and 95 miles.
Tell me why you weren’t able to answer a yes or no question with an answer that began with with a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ and I probably can.
Is this really TRUE?
If it is, what is the link?

Well, if Americans had run their factories based on quality principles instead of union thugery, Wal-Mart wouldn’t have to buy from China.
Somewhere there’s a Target CEO who’s reading this article this morning, and going...... “oh man, why did these idiots have to bring this up now”....
My refusal to shop at Wal-Mart has nothing to do with homosexuals and everything to do with the filty stores, cheap crap, and the staff that looks like they came from a Steven King movie.
I didn't think of that, but you're probably right. 5 qts of quality motor oil for $9 is a good price these days, but since I don't buy peanut oil I have no idea what a good price would be.
Yeah but if you have any pubescent boys at least you know they'll be safe there now.
I don't generally go to WM - preferring to support our smaller local shops over the big national chains. But hey, if WM is going to refuse to knuckle under to pressure from this liberal group, yeah, I'll go there and buy at least one thing from my Christmas list. ;-)
Now now Ladies, don’t get your panties in a twist.
Walmart’s a great place to shop, but I’ve never consider buying clothes there.
All kinds of household supplies, minor hardware, and bulk food buys (gatoraid).
LOL! I shop at Walmart because it saves me beaucoup dollars and as for the staff, They are the same as the staff anywhere--never around when you need one.
“Its funny, they talk about Walmart employees being miserable, the Walmart I shop at, I know most of them on a first name basis, theyve been there for the 14 years Ive been shopping there.”
You probably live in an area with decent people. Our Wal-Mart is the same way. I can get in and out as quickly as I please. The staff is courteous and helpful. That also describes the local population in general. Good people.
A Wal-Mart is little more than a direct reflection of the residents of the locale in which it is located. When I lived in, let’s say, a much less desirable location, the Wal-Mart was horrible. That was only because the people were. It was a direct reflection of that locale.
I don't hate Wal Mart, but I avoid shopping there unless they have something I can't find anywhere else. At home that is virtually nothing; however, when driving throuh small towns while on vacation, I'll shop there for supplies, because it has lots of stuff all at one store.
It’s nothing personal against Wal-Mart. I lived in a small East Texas town for almost 10 years, and there was one restaurant in town, Dairy Queen, and 20 miles away was Wal-Mart, the only place to shop without planning a day trip. When we left rural life (hell to me) and moved the city, I made two promises to myself: I wouldn’t eat at Dairy Queen ever again, and I would never shop at Wal-Mart, ever again.
It’s probably not fair, but I still associate Wally World with BFE.
