I have no need or desire to waste too much of my time arguing HERE against the Fair Tax plan.
Your proclamation of not having any desire to argue further in the opening sentence is a glaring contradiction of your remaining long diatribe accentuated by several words with capital letters that only accentuates your need to waste your apparent precious time.
Your rambling about the need for legislation to amend the Constitution further indicates your predilection to make statements on incorrect assumptions. If you had bothered spending one iota of your valuable time reading and researching The Fair Tax instead of spewing invectives you would have realized supporters are also demanding passage of House Joint Resolution 16 that will repeal the 16th amendment and thereby satisfying the very requirement you desire.
Consistently failing, or more appropriately refusing, to buttress your ludicrous tirade with any details reinforces the very obvious fact your need to deflect any intelligent communication of The Fair Tax is due to ignorance your of The Fair Tax far exceeding your knowledge of the subject.

Another uninformed reply by a FairTaxnut.
NO “House resolution” can change the Constitution.
Try again.
Your plan is garbage WITHOUT a Constitutional convention.
