As I noted in the post, I’m not excusing whats allegedly been done to her.
I am noting she wasn’t too bright before this, thats all.
How much time and money did she spend electing the Impeached One?
I had trouble being too upset with them, since our party showed so little concern that we nominated Bob Dole to oppose him.
Less than half of all votes cast in the 92 or 96 election cycle went to the Impeached One, so I wouldn’t be all that concerned about how the entire country views things. Keep in mind the MSM went to great lengths to cover for him, just as they did JFK back in the early 1960’s, when they KNEW Kennedy was banging everything with a skirt.

It's the product of a minimum of 40 years of non-stop bombardment glorifying communism, Hollywood culture, creeping PC and multiculturalism. In addition, to be subjected mercilessly to the MSM (newspapers and TV) and school indoctrination of non-stop, pro-left daily doses will do the job.

The depth of her personal despair became highly evident because during the time Clinton was groping her like a teenager in the back seat of the family car at the drive-in movie and was totally ignoring her personal plea for a job, her husband was committing suicide in the woods near his home. Her purpose in seeking an audience with the rapist was genuine and honorable. His motive toward her was SOP for him but highly sleazy. And he did it in the Oval Office. So how sharp a knife is Bill Clinton?
How can Americans even entertain the thought of the Clinton’s occupying the White House again? If it happens, we will exhibit to the world that we have become a confederacy of dunces.

Kathleen was raised in a Democrat family. She then married Ed Willey, Jr. At the time and until his death, Ed’s father was one of the most powerful RAT senators (state legislature) in Virginia. Essentially controlled the state budget via his chairmanship of the finance committee.
It would have been very hard, if not impossible, for her to drop out of RAT politics. However she concedes in the book that her experience with the Clintons has caused her to question her ties to the Evil Party.

She deserves sympathy, she deserves some pity, but not ‘respect’. She hasn’t earned that, at least from me.

There have been people on FR blaming her for “asking for it”. I say it’s too bad she didn’t scream rape and press charges against him.
Your attitude toward Mrs. Willey is similar to the attitude that the majority of the Democrats have toward President Bush which is disrespect no matter what he does. Exactly what did she do that causes you not to respect her? And supporting Bill Clinton is not a reasonable answer. If you believe that it is, then you have no respect for approximately half the voters in America. If so, what a miserable life you must lead.
