A "difficult day" ends peacefully (another Mass ex-con)
The Boston Globe ^ | 12/01/2007 | David Abel and Scott Helman

Posted on 12/01/2007 4:54:14 AM PST by Andy'smom

ROCHESTER, N.H. - A man wearing what looked like a bomb beneath his sweater and tie walked into Hillary Clinton's campaign office yesterday, taking three staff members, a volunteer, and an infant hostage, forcing the closure of the senator's campaign offices throughout Iowa and New Hampshire, and paralyzing this small city on the Maine border, authorities said. ...Eisenberg, formerly known as Ralph E. Woodward Jr., served time at Bridgewater State Hospital and MCI-Concord, according to court records.

In 2002, he filed a lawsuit in Suffolk Superior Court against Bernard Cardinal Law, in Law's capacity as Roman Catholic Archbishop of Boston, alleging he had been molested by a priest at St. Catherine's Church in Westwood in the early 1980s, beginning when he was 21.

I can’t get the Globe’s page to load on my cell phone. Does it explain how he was molested at the ripe old age of 21?

He claims he was homeless and taken in by a priest. I think the Globe has the church wrong, I believe they meant Westford, not Westwood.

In the suit, Eisenberg said his mother died when he was young and he was abused by his alcoholic father. He alleges he was homeless and living in abandoned cars in an Ayer junkyard when a priest invited him to live and work at St. Catherine's and another priest plied him with alcohol, showed him pornographic material, and molested him.

In an interview with the Lowell Sun in 2002 after his suit was filed, Eisenberg said he was ashamed and mortified after being sexually assaulted by the priest. "Subsequently, I spent years sexually objectifying women and womanizing in a futile to prove I wasn't a" homosexual, the Sun quoted Eisenberg as saying.

The priest denied molesting Eisenberg, and the newspaper reported that Eisenberg's paternal aunt said, "He's telling you a big story."

Hey, it could happen. I knew a man who started being molested by diner waitresses when he was about that age. They continued to violate him the rest of his life, which was 70-some years.

Westford, per the Herald:

“While in prison in Bridgewater, he filed a suit in September 2002 against the Archdiocese of Boston alleging he was molested in his early 20s by the Rev. Richard M. Buntel of St. Catherine’s Church in Westford. Buntel was removed from the ministry and underwent treatment for drug, alcohol and sexual abuse in 1994, only to be reinstated by Cardinal Bernard Law at a Wilmington parish in 1999.”

Even if the priest was guilty as charged, “molesting” a 21 year old is not molesting by most standards.

True, but Dukakis couldn't get elected in say, San Francisco. His damage is mostly done.

Bill Weld won't go away, politically, and AFAIK, still has visions of being governor of NY.

If Spitzer still keeps up his act, NY voters may be beaten into voting for someone like Weld.

Mass judges are for life. Thanks Mitt for using 'blind' ness as your judge picking method.

To help me pick better judges, I'll use blindness I mean, WTF? How over educated beyond intelligence do you have to be to think that is a better idea?

When you're 21, it's not molestation, it's consensual. (Unless he's saying the priest used force or threats.

The Massachusetts 'judges' all let rapists free.
Just this week, another eloquent rapist was let out,
incredibly even after he already was let out to rape again in Florida.

Accused rapist let out after judge lowers bail, Thursday, November 29, 2007

"A celebrity Boston lawyer suspected of serially raping teenage girls is back on the streets despite allegedly reoffending while on probation.

After more than a month behind bars, onetime People magazine “Most Eligible Bachelor”
Gary Zerola, 36, yesterday coughed up $100,000 cash and walked free courtesy of Suffolk Superior Court Judge Regina Quinlan’s bail reduction on his behalf.
Zerola, who was once in contention to be “The Bachelor” on ABC’s hit reality show,
is scheduled to go to trial Jan. 3 on charges including four counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, kidnapping,
indecent assault and battery and witness intimidation stemming from alleged attacks on 19-year-old women he briefly romanced in 2004 and 2006.
Zerola was rearrested last month in Miami Beach, where he’s charged with sexual battery.
After sneaking out of state in violation of his Massachusetts probation, Zerola allegedly drugged and raped
an 18-year-old college student he met in a bar
and invited back to his hotel room."

In Massachusetts, the 'judges' just do not give a damn.

Already being done on CNN this morning , I saw A replay of Anderson Cooper with two Experts ,and of course they said the man was crying out for help because of the LACK of mental Health coverage ! Here we Go ,then they showed the News conference of the Hildabeast herself saying this guy was not known to her Campaign before this incident , I guess she is sensitive to the Charge of another plant to change the subject. She of course tried to project herself as already the President , This witch is Shameless and This poor guy will be used just as Cindy Sheehan and then dumped on the heap .

Why was it necessary to close every Clinton campaign office in Iowa and New Hampshire?

Some unreported, but suspected, VWRC against Hillary's campaign offices?
