I don’t understand how any of this was illegal. He made a really nasty and uncalled for comment, but there’s no overt threat. He didn’t even say “they should be shot”. This will be thrown out, although I doubt the guy will teach in that community again.

Did this teacher actually believe what he wrote, or was this just a typical example of leftist false flag agitprop gone horribly wrong (sarc) - you know, like when an African American professor sends racially offensive mail to herself or hangs a noose on her own door, and the truth actually manages to get out?
