Good evening, Infidels! You’re exactly right, DC. Imus is compromised. I was “sort of” glad that Imus was returning to the airwaves, which (at the time) I thought was to spite HiJackson and Sharptongue; not to use his radio program as a base to prove just how sorry he really is on a daily basis. Hell, as long as he’s at it, why not invite Michael Richards on the show and throw a real apology party! LMAO!

FWIW
Before Mark Levin signed off he had a suggestion for Savage’s lawyer in his tort case. He wasn’t kidding.
He suggests that he add Tortious Interference with Contract to the list of complaints.
If anyone ever gets through to him you might suggest it.
Might be an Olive Branch for all I know. Free legal advice anyway.

Before Mark Levin signed off he had a suggestion for Savages lawyer in his tort case. Does this action mean that Mike can add Mark Levin to his short list of talk radio supporters? I would guess that Horowitz is aware of the tort approach in terms of its pros and cons. But that link was educational for me, not being a lawyer.

Does this action mean that Mike can add Mark Levin to his short list of talk radio supporters? Oh hell no. Mark hates Savage because of the derogatory things he's said about him. I think the reason he offered the advice is the outcome of his law suit will affect the standing of all talkshow hosts. I forget what was the main complaint in Savage's suit is but Mark felt it was weak without filing the Tortious interference complaint. That's all I know.

Damn, I must have just missed Mark’s comments.
I re-read the lawsuit as it is written on Savage’s website, and see that it is, at least, slightly altered from the last time I read it. Regarding “Tortious interference with Contract” , some passages of the suit seem to center on that topic:
8.
The segment misappropriated was in excess of four minutes. As set forth in more detail herein, the misappropriated segment was used by CAIR for fund-raising purposes and the segment was used in a manner designed to cause harm to the value of the copyright material in the long and short term.
17.
The CAIR repackaging damaged the work and damaged the public image of the work because it was taken out of context, the introductory remarks were omitted and the context of The Savage Nation were removed. It was deliberately designed to obscure the specific message conveyed by Michael Savage. The actual message while highly provocative and strongly worded, was not intended as an attack on people of faith and in fact, Michael Savage is well known as a person of faith.
22.
To further promote their website, fund raising and the appearance of a genuine human rights agenda, CAIR organized contacts with various advertisers including Walmart, AutoZone, JC Penny and others whereby CAIR sought to convince them not to advertise on The Michael Savage Show. Any success in this area was due to the copyright infringement and the false context in which the material was presented.
76.
The damage caused to The Savage Nation includes the loss of future value for the resale of the copyright material. The publication of this significant segment combined with the characterization of the segment, meaningfully reduces the value of that segment on resale as a total show or as an excerpt as part of compilation or other use of the product.

I’d be curious to know if Mark feels his concerns have been met.

I just listened to the pod cast and the end containing his advice was cut off. I’m not certain if Mark’s suggestions are reflected in the current complaint, seems too fast to amend and implement changes from last night till this morning, I just hope Michael got the word and brings the advice to his lawyer for a look see.

All you have to do is ask the admin Moderator to post the keyword log and you can see who is doing it.
That’s how we got rid of the keyword trolls on the Levin thread.

All you have to do is ask the admin Moderator to post the keyword log and you can see who is doing it. Yes, thanks for the suggestion, we've done that in the past,,,,,but that's not the issue, we are finding that lately when we try to post certain keywords like "savageinfidelsrule" it gets rejected, yet the mods will allow "sameloserssamethread" just makes you wonder what's going on.....a lot of the keywords we try to post get rejected like freedomofspeechaward never gets posted but "weinernation" is allowed....

Oh well, we post at the pleasure of management. They are sympathetic to getting rid of the trolls I believe so that may be the way to go.
