Warner sure has been doing an awful lot of toe-tapping with the Lefties these days.
On practically everything!

They must be insane. It is a form of insanity if they think that CO2 increases temperatures when in fact temps increase first and CO2 lags behind by up to 800 years or more.
Truly a form of collective madness has gripped the masses.

Hold on to your wallets, indeed. As if our one little country is going to put and end to global warming.

So now, like with immigration, we are forced to contact our representatives and slap them down again and tell them how to vote on the floor.

carbon dioxide from burning fossil fuels, the leading greenhouse gas.The "leading" greenhouse gas. What the heck does that mean? Water vapor dwarfs it in both quantity and effect. But I suppose to be "leading", it has to be something that relates to the story-line.

Any limits the U.S. puts on greenhouse gases aren’t going to effect the Earth’s climate one bit. Why is it always the U.S. that’s expected to pay the price for pollution? The Clean Air Act was passed back in the early 1970’s. These people will never be satisfied.

It’s his last term. Doesn’t matter to him what he does. These people only care when they might get voted out of office. The future consequences of his actions for the country are no concern of his.

Cap-and-trade disguises the cost of this lunacy. The cost will be embedded in everything we buy. A straight-up, flat-out carbon tax would at least expose Americans to the actual cost of this scam. This way, the cost of compliance will be indistinguishable from general inflation. As was said earlier, “hold onto your wallets.”
