Like it or not there is a huge block of legal Hispanic people in our country. They do vote. It would be nice if they became fully American and fluent in English. That was MY point, not what the national origin or ethnicity of a person is. We are increasingly becoming a bi-lingual nation, with parallel "cultures." I don't think that is good for America.
