Hold on. Let’s apply liberal logic here.
Begala says that in some parts of the country you’ll find more veneral disease cases than you will Bush supporters.
Obviously the parts of the country least likely to support Bush are largely Democrat-voting areas.
These largely Democrat-voting areas tend to be majority minority.
Therefore, Begala is saying that minorities have veneral diseases....
