Tony Snow to Host "The O'Reilly Factor" Tonight [Dec. 13]

This is to advise interested FReepers that Tony Snow will be hosting Bill O'Reilly's "The O'Reilly Factor" on the Fox News Channel tonight at 8PM EST.

Tony will also be doing Paul Harvey's national radio show on the ABC radio network at 8:45 and 11:45 on Friday and Saturday of this week. [14 and 15 Dec.]

Please advise all Tony Snow fans.

The same Tony Show who shilled for the illegal immigrant amnesty bill? No thanks. Snow lost his conservative credentials when he spewed nonsense about how amnesty for illegals was good for America. He has no integrity. I dont care if someone’s hand was up his butt making his lips move - he should have had some principles and refused. Snow is a sellout.

Well, your wish is halfway there. He reads Free Republic on a regular basis, when his schedule permits. My guess, and only a guess, is that he may post here again in the future if his eventual media duties permit. It would certainly be a treat if he did.

Which part of the phrase White House spokesman is unclear? He spoke for the White House, not himself. That was the deal when he took the gig.

The only thing he should apologize for is if knowingly lied.

If anything, he lost his conservative credentials when he agreed to speak for someone other than himself. That's in the job description. He was a spokesman -- he did not make policy. I think most folks know that when someone is behind the podium as a spokesman, they're doing a job.
