It says something that some Republicans are competitive in Washington state against the Hildebeast.

Really? I don't see a Republican carrying the state. Eastern Washington is conservative but Seattle metro which is Dem, overwhelms everything else.

Washington is a lost cause. Just too many libs in the Western half of the state.

I live in WA. I wouldn’t vote for McCain if someone paid me...if he is the nominee..for the first time in my life I will not vote at all.....why vote for a phony like McCain just because he declares himself a “conservative”...he is nothing but a self aggrandizing fool.

It says something that some Republicans are competitive in Washington state against the Hildebeast. Republicans should be competitive in Washington. Only Seattle is extremely liberal or Democrat, and their Democrat governor only won because the Democrats engaged in fraud. We need a good get out the vote campaign and a little luck.

I heard him, he said if he was really pushed he’d have to vote for McCain. His staff as he went through them were between McCain, Mitt.
He had the option of saying nothing but, he said McCain.

Medved did little but pimp for Huckabee all day today.
In his defense, I think over that last several weeks he’s done a reasonably good job of being fair and positive toward all of the candidates at one time or another, except of course for L Ron Paul.

Same thing in Oregon the liberals in the Willamette Valley impose their will on the conservative eastern side of the state. One of several reasons we decided to settle in Idaho instead of going back home after retiring from the Air Force.

Most all of King County, actually. Even the Eastside is turning Blue. We need to give up on King County and get a huge get out the vote in the other counties to have a chance.

Washington has not gone to a Republican since Ronald Reagan in 1984, and the state boasts two Democratic senators, six Democratic members of Congress, a Democratic governor and a Democratic-controlled Legislature. Of course, Washington has elected Republicans from outside the conservative mainstream, such as Sens. Slade Gorton and Dan Evans (who also was elected governor)."
...And a leftist vote fraud machine that would put Mayor Daley to shame...

They may have a Democrat Governor,
but she wasnt elected. Damn straight. I voted in that election. As someone who's spent years in Philly, where they are masters at crooked politics, I was shocked to see what happened in Washington state. Honestly, I didn't think the laid back Washingtonians had it in them, but I should know you can only trust the Dims as far as you can throw them. And now that they have such a high percentage of absentee voting, I don't know if I could ever trust election results there again.

We can’t say “ho” anymore so Larry Craig’s state will have to be pronounced Idaha or Idahu or Idahi or Idahe.
