And the feats of strength. After the airing of grievances, that would be thing I’d most want to see.

Festivus.

Why not?

While they’re at it, add in Kwanzaa.

Good idea, that is another holiday made-up by secular Jews!

If Green Bay’s city hall really had the courage to put up a Nativity Scene, I just became a major Packer’s fan. IN the small town where I live (Westminster, MD), there is no longer a Christmas, only a “Holiday.” I’ll be moving this spring.

I've heard there are more festivus poles in Chicago than there are in Warsaw.

Whenever we had Christmas at my maternal grandmother’s house, we typically had the “airing of grievances.” Its more entertaining as an observer than as a participant.

I keep a jar of Gefilte Fish on the fireplace mantle for the jokes. There’s just something humorous about gelatinous fish cakes.

Thank you so much for that graphic. Here is the greeting I am sending out to all of my friends who have the misfortune of living in communities where, like mine, Christmas is no longer tolerated:

HERE’S WISHING YOU AND YOURS A TRULY HAPPY FESTIVUS
AND MAY YOU HAVE UNPARALLELED SUCCESS
IN THE TRADITIONAL FEATS OF STRENGTH

[YOUR GRAPHIC GOES HERE. I DON’T KNOW HOW TO
INSERT IT IN A POST]

Festivus ... for the Rest of Us!

A Festivus pole is just an aluminum pole with nothing on it.
