I wonder if they'll have the airing of grievances there. City Hall is a good place for that.

And the feats of strength. After the airing of grievances, that would be thing I’d most want to see.

Festivus.
Why not?
While they’re at it, add in Kwanzaa.

Good idea, that is another holiday made-up by secular Jews!

If Green Bay’s city hall really had the courage to put up a Nativity Scene, I just became a major Packer’s fan. IN the small town where I live (Westminster, MD), there is no longer a Christmas, only a “Holiday.” I’ll be moving this spring.

I've heard there are more festivus poles in Chicago than there are in Warsaw.

Whenever we had Christmas at my maternal grandmother’s house, we typically had the “airing of grievances.” Its more entertaining as an observer than as a participant.

Thank you so much for that graphic. Here is the greeting I am sending out to all of my friends who have the misfortune of living in communities where, like mine, Christmas is no longer tolerated:
HERE’S WISHING YOU AND YOURS A TRULY HAPPY FESTIVUS
AND MAY YOU HAVE UNPARALLELED SUCCESS
IN THE TRADITIONAL FEATS OF STRENGTH

What should be protested is that Festivus poles are being disguised as flag poles and being displayed year-round in front of many municipal buildings.

Festivus ping list. If you want to get off, you have to first pin me down, er, something like that.

Since theyre adding made up religions, they have to include The Feast Of Alvis. Guns, liquor, and revenge. I guess I'll have to go down to "Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms" and stock up for the holiday. I've never been there before, I'm figuring it's some sort of convenience store.

Kwanzaa is out....Ron Karenga is a rapist and thug and the creator of this abomination known as Kwanzaa. No-one would object to the celebration of authentic african solsice celebrations, but Kwanzaa is about the advancement of communism.

Not alway, I guess.
You'll have to take my word for it, but this is a photo I took of part of the ACTUAL festivus pole that one of our company's high-ranking finance directors has put up outside of his office for the last three years. (Company and name withheld to protect the guilty.)

Where I live we have a Christmas parade, we light a Christmas tree, and the city-sponsored Dickens of a Christmas festival has a live nativity.

Even my 8 year old daughter thought it was stupid to have a harvest celebration in the dead of winter. It was obvious to her that it was a recently made up “black” holiday.
