Ron Paul Not Intimidated By Historical Attempts to Stop Revolutionary Presidents and Would-Be Reformers

Says Establishment Hoping He Will Disappear, but Obviously Annoyed By Success As Media Attacks Unleashed on Candidate Seeking Constitutional Restoration and Foreign Policy Change

Aaron Dykes / Jones Report | June 2, 2007

Presidential candidate Ron Paul commented Thursday on the threats that he could face as a true anti-establishment candidate if he continues to succeed in the bid for the executive, as history has proven that politicians who seek fundamental change are often put in danger, which is particularly true for presidents and would-be presidents who buck the system.

Congressman Paul acknowledged that such a threat is "real," agreeing with a number of historical examples where leaders were killed or attacked for successfully standing up to the system. "That's right. They'll do it," Paul said, making reference with Alex Jones to upstarts like Andrew Jackson, "The Kingfish" Huey Long, Bobby Kennedy, George Washington and even George Wallace.

"But I'm still working on the assumption that my automobile may well be a lot more dangerous than me being attacked," Ron Paul stated unwaveringly.

"I think we're at a point right now where they're still hoping I will go away-- but the fact that they've started to attack me means that we are annoying them, to say the least."

If Paul does believe this, he’s getting to be as nutty as Hugo Chavez.

Putting on my conspiracy cap- dirty little secret, nothing will happen to Paul because he is just as much as part of the establishment as the rest of them. Heck, he has been a part of the ‘establishment’ longer than most and has learned to play the game better so he can keep people thinking he is some sort of outsider. He is responsible for hundreds of millions in earmarks and passing not bills to further conservative causes, yet he is held up as some sort of demi-god.

The truth is, the ‘establishment’ needs candidates like Paul to keep the anti-establishment crowd appeased. They need to feel like there is someone representing them. That is the role he serves. Keep the quasi-anarchist/anti-establishment types placated.

*cue Twilight Zone theme*

RuPaul and his minions are true lunatics. This reads like a planted story by the Paulbots. Pretty sick tactic.

The other thread was referencing Alex Jones website, PrisionPlanet.com- that source is not welcome here.

There’s no need to assassinate him. If he ever stops embarrassing himself the Build -a- burgers can hook him up with a one legged homosexual militant midget prostitute.

Ronald Ernest Paul is not just a cut and run hippie.
His ego tells him “I am so important, they are coming
to take me away, HA HA”.

“They’re coming to take me away, ho-ho, hee-hee,
ha-haaa ... coming to take me away, ha-haa!!!
To the funny farm, where life is beautiful all
the time. “

I say again what I said on the other thread:

Why would the conspirators stop at assassinating Ron Paul, instead of moving on to other similarly high-value targets like the Pampers Astronaut and William Hung?

"This reads like a planted story by the Paulbots."

I have often suspected one of our fellow Paul critics here of staging such things. The things done and said on behave of the Ron Paul campaign are just too nutty to be done intentionally.

I’ve long believed that putting Paul in the white house would bring about his supporters worst nightmare.
