Probably just eat the gavel.Realistically, I question whether a quorum of Republicans could be assembled without the Democrats' knowledge; I just don't think security would be that tight.
But I do think that it might be possible to give the Democrats a good scare.
Who are we kidding? How many Republicans would skip out on their vacations like that?
