Considering much of the drugs they sell are sold to whites, why would they want a large portion of their clientèle wiped out? This just doesn’t seem like Gang graffiti, I have seen enough to reasonable say that this sounds more like a political instigator...

Indeed, drawing “heat” on a gang cell in a currently cool location is a offense punishable by Death in many other Gangs, so it is reasonable to assume MS-13 has such punishments to those who draw unnecessary attention to them in currently cool sectors. There is a time and place for killing and graffiti but needlessly doing so without a sense of timing or strategy builds up pressure from local authorities on them. Seems to me this was some left wing loon that wishes MS-13 to exterminate whites, the writing is too clear not enough decorations or even old English lettering.
