Listen to Art Bell do his prediction show tonight.
LISTEN ONLINE ON KFI IN LOS ANGELES
Art is the master!!! Listening right now!
Ha! Heard that, and knew it was you from the first sentence! Good job gettin’ through!
A "political wish".
Art didn't even know whom he's replacing for the night.
Rollye, Rollye...
I miss Barbara Simpson. She provided a nice break as well as instilling some common sense into the show.
I got through about 13 years ago with a limerick. He cut off the end of it.
That Paula, he thought, was some philly
When pants dropped, she thought him quite silly
Bill would soon lose his smile
Because later she’d file
He shouldn’t have whipped out old Willy
Yep, he called it a political wish. He will not take another of those, but took mine as a prediction.
Isn’t Art a Ron Paul supporter? Or is that George Noury?
Not sure.
Thanks for the heads-up and the link to KFI... I miss Art Bell - stopped listening to C2C the most recent time when he “retired for the last time”...
He did [take, and ] read the prediction from last year about the Republicans and the Senate.
Why does he keep coming and going and coming and going?
I think the last time he left he said that he would occasionally sub on the weekend.
Cool. I got you on tape. :)
You can still catch Barbara on KSFO on the weekends. 4-7pm pacific time.
Can I pick and choose!!!
I want the prediction you made BUT not the earthquakes predicted by another caller!
To Admin Mod: It is approx 1:01 CST at my location, and your posting timestamp says 5:59:00 PM CST and I haven't hit post yet. here goes.after preview, now 6:03:11 CST
I thought it was: “Yoyodyne Propulsion Systems - Where the future begins tomorrow.”
Art is the Master.
Yep, still alive. It was just one threat. When I confirm with the police that the person whose name was on the envelope was the one who actually sent it, I will post some of the lowlife’s writings.
Ian Punnett is very good too. George Noory is hard to take, always stumbling over words, thoughts, and ideas.
Sure. Pick the ones you like.
I predict that in 2008, Coast to Coast will do a show about talking ghosts being recorded. And a show about NASA covering up proof of structures on the moon.
I know I’m going out on a limb, but no guts, no glory.
At a paranormal conference, the session one afternoon was about ghosts. The moderator asked the audience who believes in ghosts. Every hand was raised. Then, he asked how many have seen a ghost. About half the hands were raised. Next, he asked if anyone had actual contact with a ghost. About 10% of the hands were raised. Finally, he asked if anyone has had sex with a ghost. A guy in the back raised his hand. The moderator was astounded. “Sir, you actually claim to have had sex with a ghost?” “Oh,” said the embarrassed participant. “I thought you said goat.”
Hoping your prediction is accurate.
I stopped listening when he retired for the first time, which was right around the time I signed up as a freeper. That was also when I no longer worked night shift to get through school.

According to Intrade, the winner of the December 12th GOP debate was... Duncan Hunter.

Why the smart money is on Duncan Hunter

In this poll Hunter is up 3% and even with Paul and Thompson.

And the scary thing is that he's much better than he used to be! Yikes! I just love it when a guest spends a couple of minutes going over something, and then George will ask him about the very thing he just explained in detail, as if George didn't hear or comprehend a word said.
Becuase he is the only one who doesn’t screen calls. One would think that morons who leave their radios on would know by now. He has only been telling them to do so since the early 90’s
Because it’s hard to get an ISDN from Pluto.
Darn. I slept right through that prediction.
If you’re expecting to hear common sense, you’re listening to the wrong show.
Pluto's not supposed to get digital service until about 2015, at the earliest.
George Noory appears to be a Troofer and an Illuminatiphobe. Draw your own conclusions.
I've bought or sought out books by some of the authors they have had on. Probably not everybody's taste, but I found one at the library that discussed "dirt" (when does dust become dirt, etc), another, a Simpson guest iirc, had a book out on human body decay. The local B&N had it. Sociology section, of all places. Learned the term "Algor Mortis" from it, stuff about the decomposition lab (the Body Farm) at U Tenn, etc.
Art Bell had Cornell Prof. Jim Bell on about a year ago, talking about, and taking calls on the current Mars rovers.
But it seems the booking of guests, or even callers, that can spin entertaining tales is lacking.
Mel's Hole was a great story. The caller from the plane that "flew" into Area 51 was great entertainment.
Even the rip off of the Big Foot expedition was entertaining - "We caught a Big Foot! Sign up now for the webcast!" The next night "The doctors we had to examine it the took off with the creature....No, we didn't get any photos or video...".
Listened to the show. I predict that < 0.2% of the predictions will come to pass.
I do prefer Art.
Were you listening when Malachai Martin was still alive? He was interesting. I only heard a brief bit in the night last night.
I can't stand his opening lines. Too socialistic with no positive outcome.
Although, I'm surprised he's still around. Right before Art made his of his unending returns, essentially bumping Punnett and maybe another weekend host, he mentioned an email he got accusing himself, Coast in general, and the guests as essentially all being knee-jerk sufferers of BDS.
He did say he'd look into it, to see if that was the case.
Then Art came back....for a while...and if Punnett did have a follow-up, I missed it.
I record the show on a pc out of habit, but only listen after checking the webpage to see if anything interesting was scheduled, or talked about.
Hoagland's almost always good for an hour's entertainment when commenting on a current event.
I almost gave up on him when he tried to tie the choice of comet (Tempel-1) for the Deep Impact mission to some secret society within the US Gov't.
I think he thinks the audience is so gullible.
I remember first or second appearance on Coast. He was claiming that a ouja board was crashing all the pcs in the studio.
Its fiberboard, plastic, and felt, George...
Little did I know that Craig Kitchen held the listeners in such contempt to pick Noory as the replacement for Art.
Especially after he did such a great job in picking Mike Siegel.
You’re far more knowledgeable about the inner workings of this show than I. I only know what little I hear in the middle of the night after I get up to go to the bathroom.
I don’t think so. Noory is an entertainer playing to a kook audience that sees a ghost, a bigfoot, or UFO every day of their lives.
All of the host have to go along with kooks, otherwise the base would just dry up.
The program is just one big sham.
Google any one of their big name contributors and add the words “fraud” “scam”, whatever.
I do, however, find it amusing but do not go out of my way to listen as I do Rush.
I find myself talking back to the radio when that happens. ;<)
Because Art doesn't use screeners. The other hosts do.
