Thanks, read that. Generally deaths are considered news and reported by the papers. Given the source, Lew Rockwell a Ron Paul nut not allowed to be published on Free Republic, I was looking for some further outside confirmation.

I hope I did a better job of posting it in post #120.

My heart just breaks for Dr. Williams and the family.

Nor can I ... and Prof Williams had an article published in an Alaska paper today. Curious ... Trust, but verify? Just thinking out loud.

You did fine. ;-)

How tragic for him, eh?
So sad.

Given the source that’s why I am curious too. I saw Dr. Williams published an article today too which peaked my curiosity. But that could have been ready to publish before this tragedy. I just want another source other than that loon Lew Rockwell.

Wouldn’t it be nice if this is a false story?

:-D

Ouch! That’s very painful. Be patient with yourself. It’s going to take some time.

I am so sorry. I loved hearing him talk about the gifts he bought his wife such as the little toy shovel so she could shovel the driveway without having to lift too much.

Didn't he claim he bought her an ironing board once? She had to be a good sport.

Oh my ... God bless them both. I remember hearing him say years ago that for Christmas, he was getting her a new ironing board cover.

My thought was, Uh, what...? Oh!

So sad to hear this...

I’m wondering if this is the Brian Wilson mentioned in paenthesis at the end of the note.

It’s going to take some time.

:-) I'm fine, and then it hits me again. Oh, Boy. (Big breath)

Nothing, however close to what Dr. Williams and his daughter are going through if this story is true.

Could be I guess. He certainly has more credibility.

I’m sure we’ll find more details in time.

Meantime I’ll remain in a sad funk and deep heart ache.

I lost my Reagan this year. I couldn’t put her down.
Watched her draw her last breath at 3:54 August 17th. Pics on my homepage.

Is there some reason you felt called upon to state your feelings on this thread?

I am so sorry to hear this. I LOVE Dr. Williams and enjoy hearing him when he is on Rush’s show. I will keep him and his family in my prayers.

Sorry about the prohibited post!!!

Guess I just focused on the sad content.

I agree that it is best to have solid source.

Newspapers wouldn’t print the news without a notice from a mortuary, or some notification from an official source. The fact that they haven’t printed it means that contact has not been made, or is being held for whatever reason, iwt.

Thank you for the alert to this sad news.

He had a wonderful sense of humor about his relationship with his wife. That part of the “conversation” with his listeners will be sadly missed.

My thoughts and love go out to his family at this time.
